2025/26 Cash for Trash Grant

Thank you for your interest in applying for a Cash for Trash Grant.

This area of the Application form is designed to help you – and us – confirm if you are eligible for this grant.

It is crucial you take the time to read it thoroughly and complete all sections. This is to ensure you do not spend unnecessary time applying for a grant which may be unsuitable for you.

Incomplete applications and/or applications received less than 4 (four) weeks prior to the event date will not be considered.

The Cash for Trash Grant enables community members to do litter clean-ups throughout the Town and raise funds to go towards fundraising initiatives.

This grant is to encourage community pride and participation whilst providing a fundraising opportunity to local community groups, sporting groups and not-for-profit organisations.

Waste bags are remunerated at the rate of $10.00 per bag.

A minimum of 15 bags is required under this grant activity, up to a maximum of 200 bags.
